DIN 7631 is Compression couplings with spherical liner; straight compression couplings

This connection is frequently used in hydraulic systems.The male has a straight metric thread and a 60° (included angle) recessed cone. The female has a straight thread and a tapered nose eat. The seal takes place by contact between the cone of the male and the nose of the tapered nose/Globeseal flareless swivel. The threads hold the connection mechanically.
